Account & data
Delete account and data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. This page describes the request path and legal limits.
Request, not self-service deletion
This page does not perform immediate deletion and does not show a fictitious success status. A request is reviewed by the responsible body because working-time, payroll and receipt data may be subject to statutory retention obligations.
How to submit a request
- 1Contact your company's administration first. It manages your access and employee data.
- 2State the company, your name, your role and the email address of your account.
- 3State whether you request deactivation of access, deletion of eligible personal data or both.
- 4The responsible body verifies your identity and authorisation and confirms receipt. Only then are accesses deactivated and eligible data deleted or anonymised.
What is distinguished
Remove account
The account and associated access data are removed, provided no statutory obligations prevent this.
Deactivate employee access
Access is blocked. Employment and working-time data generally remain for the statutory retention period.
Delete personal data
Eligible data is deleted or anonymised. Records subject to statutory retention remain blocked and are not used for other purposes.
Statutory retention
Working-time, payroll, sickness, receipt and audit data may continue to be stored due to statutory obligations. Deletion of these records therefore cannot be promised.
